I stayed at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh for a week and really loved the spacious club room. The room was spotless every day, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. The gardens were immaculately maintained, and I appreciated the easy access to the private beach. The staff were friendly, especially at the bar where they always greeted me with a smile. The food was generally good, with a decent variety, but the Italian and Mexican restaurants felt a bit basic. I found the pool area could use a little more attention during peak hours. there were times when it didn’t look as clean as it should. A couple of salespeople were a bit too persistent, which became annoying. I had an issue with allergen information in the food. more clarity would help avoid problems. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed the overall vibe and the attentive service at the beach bar. Overall, I would consider coming back, but I hope they address the cleanliness and communication issues.
